About the House

Villa Indigo is a modern house with sharp lines and beautiful views. It is an efficient and compact house, with extra thick walls making it highly energy-efficient. Windows are placed all around, allowing plenty of light to enter.

However, the windows are carefully positioned to prevent the sun from shining where it shouldn't, such as the workspace. All the windows in the living room are equipped with two remote-controlled roller blinds, one light and one dark. This feature allows the room to be shielded from view without blocking out the light, but also provides the option to block out all light for activities like daytime movie watching.

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area. Villa Indigo has two bedrooms, one of which is extra-large, perfect for a double bed. Of course, there is also a bathroom/laundry room with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there is a storage area above one of the bedrooms for items not frequently used. Finally, there is a large loft 2.5 meters high, ideal as an office and play area for both children and adults.
